Why do you have a whatsapp platform for your customer service if you Don even attend to it. I sent a message on Tuesday and again on Wednesday regarding my application ,but still no answer.
Wow, you try to apply for a loan with them but there is a a message status you do not qualify for this amount please re-apply with a lower amount, but you do that, you still get the same message even if you do it with their lowest amounts. We using our data to do these loans, but you guys are taking us from pillow to pillow. We are desperate but the system is playing with us.
