Shared proof of payment in March 2026 for payment of last years TV license R500. Every day they send me sms's to tell me to pay. I have sent them proof of payment. Have emailed them over and over. They are frustrating me especially since I do not even watch SABC or anything. I do not want to be harassed. They should get systems that are integrated and up their IT processes.
I have had a funeral policy for more than 15 years with SanlamSky. I am trying to cancel it as I have two other policies that are much cheaper with more benefits. Since 3rd January 2025 I cannot get any one to answer the number 0861235433 so that I can get proof of policy cancelation. This is absurd. And all these computers and stuff add no value when someone needs assistance.
