Agent was very kind....
Agent was very kind.. helpful..sorted rate query quickly. Dial Direct did not notify me of premium rate increase. Other companies offered must better rates. However was counter offered to an acceptable amount. Thank you DD. Agent Thembile thanks alot

Sludged/Bearing Knocked engine/Very rowdy/Mazda 3
Purchased a Mazda 3 engine, Z6..R15500 plus R250 for delivery/engine was sludged and had a knock when fitted..unfortunately the mechanic wasnt honest as he didnt want to lose the business to swop..I was F......d both ways. Samco is a No No.
