Can't buy electricity on the app.
A few months ago capitec had problems on their system and nobody was able to buy electricity on the app. The problem is,it's been a few months and I can't still not buy electricity on the app. I've been to capitec a few times and nobody can't help me.

I want to part pay my rain payment
Why cant I suddenly not part pay? You disconnected my internet connection because I'm 5 days late with the payment. I am going to pay my account in the month,And if I pay full amount then your not going to give my money back for the days I didn't have signal.

Rain took money from my account without my permission
I have a 101 rain router which I pay per month and with the package I receive 2 Free sim cards. Recently they did an unauthorized top up on one of the sim cards. They took R615 from my bank without my permission. I reported it and haven't heard anything from them again.

Battery Fix & Solar kept our money for a product we haven't received
****MER ALERT! Don't order anything online from Battery fix & Solar Centurion. We ordered a battery last year online, when we complained about their bad service they cancelled the order. The battery hasn't even left their shop and now we struggle to get the refund.. Don't do business with them.

Very bad service of Battery Fix & Solar Centurion
We ordered a car battery online.. After we complain about their bad service they cancelled the order. NOW we struggle to get the refund out of them.. We need a new battery but now we must wait until we get our money back.. I will not recommend their service.
