GL Atterneys not honouring what they offered me
GL Atterneys is handing my defaulted debt management. On the first of April they offered me a 60% discount payed over 4 months and I accepted. When the offer confirmation came through on 10th April it only reflects a discount of 32%. I finally got through to them this hinting only to be told their system made a mistake and they would never offer 60% discount. I feel this is highly unfair and an attempt to bait me and then change what was initially offered in their favour.

Amazing service and delivery
Wow, I purchased my new batteries and inverter from them and their response and delivery was truly swift and amazing. Also the after sales support was second to none. Thank you for the awesome experience. They know what they are doing and treated me like gold

Makro online is commerce is Pathetic
Reciently I purchased a collection of items through mako’s online store. The first irritation was that every item in my cart was shipped individually. Ok not too bad, I can handle that. One delivery received was the incorrect Item which was intended for my daughter’s Christmas gift. I did log a return for the item in the app but didn’t receive any correspondence on updates.. all communication so far has been initiated by me and still no valid response solving the issue.. I just want the correct item and them to fetch the incorrect. The agent that assisted me the last time I called promised to personally help and correct but again no follow up nor have they even attempted to collect the incorrect package… I feel this is unacceptable, the entire order was a large some firstly and secondly just blatantly not responding nor providing updates…
