Finelo **** and *****ulent deductions
I signed up to Finelo trading and they compiled my subscription and said it would be R129.99. After I put all.my card details in they deducted R854.99 + R854.99 +R15 +R15 witch came out to R1871.97 without me knowing that that amount were going to be deducted. I contacted support and asked why that amount was charged and I'm going to lay a *****ulent transaction to my bank. They rep**** that when I subscribes I chose an AI Tool kit and a AI mentor wich was R854.99 each. No where was there any mention that that was the price for those options and find it ********* and *****ulent because when I was asked for my card details it said that my total for subscribing will be R129.99. No where did they say or was it written or said I have to pay for any extra stuff witch was only a questionnaire without any amount to pay or anything. I have cancelled my subscription immediately and asked for a refund but are really doubtful of any success as they have already deceived my for paying for something witch I had no knowledge about.
