Good day, can you please assist. I received an email last month that my premium was going up and the new premium was deducted. This month I received another email about my premium going up, that can't be possible. Two increases few week apart. Please assist
Good day, I need some assistance. I need to cancel my overdraft facility. I am not sure how to go about it. I tried calling but I was not successfully just holding and holding.
Just had a claim with Standard Bank for my cellphone. When I bought the phone 3 years ago it costs X-amount and was insured for X-amount. But now the value has dropped to Y amount which I understand but my issue then why doesn't the premium go down as expected, aligning to the current Y amount. I need to also align the cellphones that I currently have insured. I left a "call back" from the APP but no call back yet.
Excessive monthly calls, I manage my credit card and pay the minimum amount and some months more but every month I get a call to pay sometimes as early as 7am. Please make it stop. My account is up to date, I don’t see the need for these calls

Good day, Can you please assist. I was under debt review and now I am out of it and been declared not over indebted. My credit card is showing the full amount as my installment in the credit bureau and is not helping with my score as I am trying to rebuild to my credit record.
The new UP website is always DOWN, always under maintenance, especially month end when I need to check the score updates. The old website was better, not sure why it was changed.

Can you please assist. My homeloan account has a "block" on it and I need to activate Flexi Reserve but now the block has to be lifted. Not sure of the correct process to go about this.
