Bad treatment
I am so disappointed at OK Furniture Malmesbury I bought a couch from them that became loose within 5 months and when I reported the matter they promised to fix it that was in the beginning of April they have been promising to collect it until today nothing happened . The worse part is that after reporting the matter you must fill up on them all the time the don’t see a need to update you 😡😡😡

Makro ‘s incompetence
I am so disappointed on makro for selling things that doesn’t exist , I ordered a ottoman storage box on the 4th of January that was supposed to be delivered on the 10th of January 2026 until to day I have not received my order. I have been doing thousands follow-ups then they lie about the delivery dates . The last promised date was 10/2/2026 that was yesterday still no delivery was done . I requested my refund no luck I don’t know what to do anymore with the situation

Refusing to refund me
I wrote here about a month ago with regards to the worst service I got from makro montague gardens store .it was the 6th of November when I logged a return to that store they collected their staff in December but I am in January 2025 with still no refund I have done numerous follow up nothing is happening I want my money makro !to everyone thinking of using makro online services don’t you will regret they absolutely have no customer service

The customer service very poor
I would like to express how much regret I have for purchasing items from makro how they have been threating my matter . Firstly I used their online service due to the fact that there is no makro where I stay but it happened that the items were wrong I then logged a return on the 6th of November until today the staff is not collected when you try contact the store they don’t pick up their phones . You end up by their call centres and the matter is been escalated nothing is happening , I would like to advice everyone out there who wants to use makro online never especially if there is no makro near you they put that return services for fun there they don’t honour that should your item requires to be returned
