Lazelle has been absolutely amazing as my debt review profile manager. She is professional, supportive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about helping her clients get back on track financially. I feel much more at ease knowing she is handling my account. My profile manager is Shaunica and she really went out of her way to assist me with our Debt Review process. Excellent service from her and with this process being new to us Shaunica and the rest of her Team assured us numerous times that we are in good hands. They answer all your questions with a positive attitude and are friendly and patient.
