So this was your 4th response "we hereby confirm that your applicable personal / contact information has now been duly recorded in our “Do-Not-Contact” database and such information will not be used for any future marketing purposes and/or campaigns whatsoever" BUT YET ANOTHER SPAM CALL TODAY, LIKE I PROMISED FOR EVERY SPAM CALL I RECEIVE I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON HELLOPETER.

So they just go ahead and freeze my account no reason given I had to find out embarrassed at the fuel pump because my card was declined. When you contact them they said it's because of outstanding paperwork at the bank? WHAT how can you freeze my account in the middle of the month because of outstanding paper work. I had no communication or any message or phone call requesting paperwork that was outstanding but you feel you can just freeze my account. I opened an account at Standard bank beginning of the year and I must say worst experience ever. I will surely close my bank account with them, they take your banking fees every month but won't allow you access to your own money because of paperwork your not even aware off!!!!
Horrible customer service been there twice, first time the cashier lady was sitting outside reading her newspaper I then had to walk outside and ask for assistance. I requested nutribyte puppy food which she claimed they don't sell. I told her I went on their store's website and it showed in stock. I then looked for another brand to buy and while searching on my own i found the bags of nutribyte in their store the brand she said they don't sell. Second time around i walked in again no one greats you both the cashier lady and guy that assist you on the floor to busy on their phones. I had to walk back and I told them that I am really sorry to bother them while their are busy on their private phones but if they won't mind assisting me loading a 25Kg bag into their trolley. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING BUT THEY CAN SIT ON THEIR PHONES AND READ THE NEWS PAPPER WHILE THERE ARE 1000'S OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A JOB!!!!! Will never support them again, and for those that didn't know Queens Pet shop is just across the street from them, if you want service and quality go there instead.
So I received an email 31 January that my debit order didn't go of and that I won't be covered until payment is made. I phoned their offices and told them that my banking details changed and provided them with my new banking details for a double deduction on the 25th of January because I am not allowed to make a payment directly. They then went and try to deduct one payment on my old account and they deducted the other part of the payment from my new bank account. Then I received another email stating that I am not covered due to a debit order that was returned because of their incompetence and now I have to pay the bank for a failed debit order on my old account. Why did you try and deduct money from my old account in the first place you already had my new banking details and deducted money from there. So now you took my money and again you told me I am not covered. I requested a refund and the lady told me no sorry you're not covered and you can't get you're money back. If it's such a mess and mission just to get my accounting details correct then I can just imagine how difficult it must be when you actually have to put in a claim. But be sure I will spread the word on every social media platform.
STAY FAR AWAY THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE JUST TO GET THEM TO UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM WITH MY NEW BANKING DETAILS. BUT THEY GOT TIME TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL TELLING YOU YOUR DEBIT ORDER FAILED AND THEY CANCELED YOUR POLICY ON A NO REPLY EMAIL ADDRESS. WHAT A JOKE........
