Bad bad bad

Bad bad bad....waited an hour for a plate of chips,that were disgusting, a braai pizza that was cold and topping was still raw. Asked for plates to share the food. The guy that gave us the plates, doesn't say a word(don't know if he can't speak). The plates was small little plastic plates with staines and burn marks on. Im not a kid and I wont even give those plates to my kids. Asked for glass plates, got plates that is chipped and still wet and dirty. How can a restaurant serve plates like that? I won't recommend this place to anyone and I won't go there ever again!
