Its hard to communicate with her via e-mail, call or text. To get thing done eventually, one has to leave work and travel from Centurion to Silver lakes. Then she wrote the wrong date for my debit order, 25th. I pointed it out to her and she double checked on my online application which she confirmed is 1st of every month. But stated that the debit order will go according to my online application. I get a message from the bank reminding me of a debit order on 25 April 2026. I called the bank abd they asked for my payslips and indicated that they will move the date with R35 000 increase in my installment. I cc'd Gitte, who has not addressed the matter nor responded to the email since 19 March 2026.
