Bad treatment

I've never felt so belittled and embarrassed in my life, I went to McDonald's Lyttelton shopping center to ask for a toilet and a lady by the name Mokhetjwa insisted that I buy first before i could use it, of which I agreed to do but she kept on saying " you customers are the same" . I was surprised because while we were busy talking, a white gentleman wearing a red t-shirt from Apteek pharmacy just walked in and used the toilet and left without being told to buy something first. The fun part is I always buy my coffee and burger at McDonald's whenever I'm around Lyttleton but now I will no longer go there.

Untidy and bad smelling shop

Please make sure that your store is always neat and clean especially the bread cutting department at your Boksburg branch please and your bakery department staff must prioritize hygiene.

Overcharged

Please fix the mess that is happening at your branch in Parkdene Boulevard, I bought snacks and sweets for R84.99 and was told to add 3 small packets of lays for free but when I get home I found out that it added to R95.99 meaning that wasn't for free and when I went back to enquire the cashier was rude.

Bad service and rude nurses

This medical insurance is nonsense, especially when it comes to security officers. You send a please call me in the morning around 07h00 am and then their nurse calls you in the middle of the night(00h10) while you're trying to sleep and nursing your pain, only to dismiss the fact that you need a doctor yet he/she is not there go examine you but relying on the information who giving him/her. They're good at prescribing cheap medication . Nurse Nkwanyana learn to have manners.

Waited for longer on the queue because staff were taking turns shopping.

Please have a dedicated till for your staff (like checkers do) where they can be able to shop without disturbing customers . What I've witnessed while shopping at Shoprite commissioner street in Boksburg was chaos , please i know you can do better than that .

Bad shopping experience.

It is so boring to go into a shop to buy groceries and having to ask for prices because they're no PI Labels, especially fruit and vegetables section . If there's no prices , there's no one to help weigh the fruits . And at the tills we stand long queues because you don't have enough staff. Hire people and stop trying to cut cost at our expense because SPAR Boksburg commissioner is very busy store. Improve your customer service skills.

Bad service

Total energies Ermelo branch worse service , you advertise things and even put it on the fridges but your cashier Nelisiwe and some of the staff who were on duty couldnt give me with the price that was displayed on the fridge and she told me that the manager is off duty, so my problem is so customers can't get what they want because your manager is off duty.

Great service

I'd like to say thank you to the staff at Spec savers Parkland(Parkdene Boulevard) for the great service that they offered me . From the reception to the optometrist, they were very, helpful, friendly and awesome. The service that I got was awesome and I can proudly recommend anyone to use that branch.

Worst service.

Worst service from Romans Pizza Brakpan, I ordered from their app at around 18h48 and I got a message that my order will be delivered at around 19h18 but that didn't happen and when I called I was told that they're still waiting for the driver to come . I waited up untill 20h30 still nothing, I had to make another plan . No communication at all from the branch yet I left my numbers on the app when I ordered. Worst service ever nxx. Romans Pizza Brakpan.

Bad service from this so called medical insurance , you send a please call me from 06h00 am expecting to get a call so that you can get medical assistance but nothing yet they keep on deducting your money every month. This thing must be closed down.
