I purchased 2 spa vouchers from Hyperli on 3 May as a birthday gift. To date, I have not received the vouchers at all. I have submitted 6 queries their contact page, sent 3 emails to support, and even requested an email address update to ensure delivery, yet I have received absolutely no response. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Not only have I been ignored, but this has also ruined a birthday gift I had planned for today. I am still waiting for either my vouchers or a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hyperli to anyone. If i could give 0 stars this would definitely be it. I expect urgent feedback and resolution.
Good day, I’ve tried contacting Mweb several times regarding my internet line that is switched off even after I paid. Mweb team advised today the line will be activated up until now my line is still off! I actually need to work from home so how can I even be productive in a state where there is no wifi? When I enquire the Mweb team drop the line several times. I’m super frustrated as I’m wasting my money, time, airtime and personal data to try and communicate with my work colleagues! I will never ever recommend Mweb to anyone as the service is revolting to say the least. Mweb don’t even deserve a one star.
