removing my debt review
I shouldn't even give these people a star; I've read multiple comments about the same thing that has happened to me. They took advantage of the fact that I am still young and do not know much about debt review. Yes, I signed the contract, but only because they explained it in a way that made me consider it. If they had told me what a headache it would be to get rid of them, I would have never gone through with it. They did not tell me that there would be a cancellation fee; I also mentioned to them before I signed the contract that I was having financial issues, yet they kept deducting even after I called them and told them that I was struggling, and when I asked them for the recording, they said I had to get a lawyer. And now that I want to cancel, I have to pay R4000 as a cancellation fee, and they did not even help me in any way.
