I ordered hair with the box fashion, made all the payments hair was delivered.Then now they debited again without my concern,know I'm paying for nothing when I ask for refund they don't want to refund me instead they want me to shop something else.I don't want anything but the 678 they debited from my bank
I would like to thank hellopeter team for the assistance they gave me.Capitec failed to help me because they were still insisting the money that was taken from account was being withdrawn with my card while i have the card on me and while money was being transferred from the account within my account.They failed to assist me,but im glad because now im ready to change my bank to FNB where safety is assured.Though it was a horrible experience but its a lesson learnt that when you go for something cheaper it ends in tears better to go for a real thing from the word go and i can now share my experience with family and friends so that they never consider using capitec
Good morning i have a very bad experience with capitec,ive banked with them for years but the service i received on Saturday the 31/08/2024 i received my salary early in the morning.i started to make some transactions paying my bills it was around 8 o clock in the morning then left my app.after some seconds i start receiving messages stating that money was transferred from my daughters account to the main account.i try to open my app but it was not opening then withdwals followed,i had my phone and my card on me and as far as I can one can not two similar apps on two phones.my money was withdrawn at orange farm while im in Soweto about 3500 then the other amount they tried to take was taken by my debits,but they got successful with 3500.i rushed to the bank to report at jabulani mall but the lady told me it was a friendly *****.still i dont understand how can it be Fri while my 3500 was taken and while everything was on me.they told to go to open the case i went to the police station to open the case.when I got there police officers told me that they had many similar cases like this one my acc was cloned and capitec will not help me i should try hello peter even though i did open the case successfully.The only help i received from capital was for them to change my card and nothing else.I real need that money all my plans were ruined that was my grocery money and transport money,how can my bank leave me hanging like these while i trusted them with my money may you please please assist me with getting my money back.when i was at the bank the same they said after opening the case invistigation will be made but surprisingly just after an hour i left the bank i received a email from capitec saying unfortunately they cant help me.the email was from capitec ***** on my side it seemed as if they were not even willing to try help me with my money.you are my last hope for help please help me
