Kazang it's really killing business. I was told to wait 48hrs for a refund of R156 ok business policies i understand but from Thursday to Monday it's not fair to clients. I really wouldn't recommend kazang to anyone. And they don't take complaints seriously that's why
I was at Nedbank Maponya mall with my grandma. There was a pregnant lady at the door who misheard my grandma say she wants to open an account for sassa but she said it's for sars. She laughed and then told all her colleagues to laugh about it because it's an account for sassa. But even if it was for sassa I don't think a customer should be laughed at.
