Customer service provided an excellent service I must say I am greatful
Wanted to join a life cover with momentum so I did a qoute they requested to ask for information pertaining to my health however said the answers of the questions don't need to be all known as they still will have to send a Doctor for blood tests and yes indeed I answered the questions to the best of my knowledge and the doctor managed to retrieve my blood samples two weeks later i am told i am being rejected lifecover however no reasons are being granted in terms of why i am being rejected as the consultant that called to let me know I'm being rejected also apparently doesn't have the reason for my rejection
I had excellent service experience from both Zildari and Junior must say they are really good at what they do thank you.
