Just so GATVOL for their problems. I have been with them a long time and as soon as I can I am done with them. I even upgraded my package to see if it will resolve my problems but yet no such luck. Allot of connections issues. We are a remote located farm so wifi is our only way to communicate with the outside world but Morclick is forsure not the only service provider. You make payment on Friday 11 April 07:07 and then on Monday 14 April your service is suspended due to non payment but you send via bank proof of payment to 3 different personnel. Then when you walk in to the field to get cell service to contact them via WhatsApp you wait long time for response due to high chat volumes which leaves one to assume they have alot of customers online. People there is alot of other Internet service providers please think before choosing. I most definitely is reconsidering my choices.
Disgusting place!! Bought a brand new kelvinator fridge paid for extended warranty. Meyerton Lewis gladly took the money now my fridge stopped working. Go to Meyerton Lewis they say a technician will come take a look. 2 weeks past we go again no they will email head office week and half later the technician shows up within 5 minutes he says fridge is unrepaireable it has manufacturing fault. So no we go to Meyerton no they don't have kelvinator they want to give hisense cheaper model. No thank you want n kelvinator what we paid for. They say they email head office. We are another month still awaiting response. Just phoned meyerton Lewis they say no we must wait for head office and dropped the call on my husband. We have been f@*king waiting 2 months now. How much longer??? TILL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ENDS??? Please people rather buy at other furniture shop Lewis is just 1 big headache.
So having our account settled early Meyerton Lewis Store phones every damn day. At first: 'no thank you' then ' not interested' to 'stop phoning me I am not buying anything' but they won't listen and keeps on phoning. What will it take to have the Lewis harassment calls to stop. Aren't Meyerton making enough sales? So they resort to harassing old clients that are not interested.
We have paid up our account in July 2024 with Woolworths but yet it reflects as default on our credit record. We even have a paid up letter from Woolworths but it means nothing if you can't remove yourselves form our credit record. We do not wish to do business with you ever again.

ON SAT YOU PHONE THEN YOU HEAR NO DELIVERY WILL BE ON SUNDAY. WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL COLLECT YOU ASK FOR ADRESS THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND THEY NEVER DO! AND ONCE YOU LOSS YOUR **** AND THREATHEN WITH POLICE THEY SAY THE BAKKIE IS ON THE WAY BUT NOW YOU NEED TO PAY MORE AND IF YOU REFUSE ALEX THE DIRECTOR SHOUT AND SCREAM AT YOU. PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE
