No communication and no customer satisfaction or after sales service
I ordered the 2 for one promo. One for me and one for my Mom. My one is one size to big and i just wanted to exchange for exactly same shoe but one size smaller. This shoe has never been worn by me except for fitting it that one time. I have sent varies emails, requested a refund on the site as one is suppose to do various times. With no response. I have sent emails since after I received my order. From 12 Dec 2025 till 2 Feb 2026. It seems to be impossible to exchange to the size that will fit me. I dont think I will do business with this company again.0 replies

SUPERSONIC debit order years after cancelling contract
I used Supersonic in 2021 and stopped my account in that year. Now in 2024 a debit order automatically goes off my bank account for a large amount that is according to them outstanding. How can Supersonic just collect a large amount years after my service and contract has been stopped with them. I have emailed and phoned Supersonic to correct but no response from Supersonic side.0 replies
