Maybe you should get more competent people in your accounts department because I am tired of sorting your work out!! This has been carrying on since 2022. How many times must we tell you this account has been settled and closed on the 19/06/2022. I spoke to a lady Mirriam Matladie from Excalibur Saya on the 14th of June 2022 and she said if I pay R3 805.00 the account will be closed and settled. We paid the Money into Planet Fitness's Standard Bank of Sa's account ending with 363324 directly on 19/06/2022 Ref PF**********97. PS: I have my proof of correspondence and Proof of payment so you better sort this matter out. You are causing my son to have a bad credit score and this won't be tolerated!! DO YOUR WORK!!

Vodacom is Useless, *********** and a bunch of ******* So, I have been struggling since the 11th of April to get this contract canceled that their tele marketer smeared of on me. Little did I know what hell I would have😡😡😡 I have called and spoke to a Stacey and a Carol. With no satisfaction. I then started emailing them and all contact information I could get. They delivered and collected the product from me. I haven't even used the product as I wanted it canceled with immediate effect. After numerous emails I'm still not assisted and that women told me I could cancel within 14 days after I received the product which I did do😡😡😡 Today they debited my whole months' salary, how am I supposed to live and pay for my other bets? Last month 2k and the month before 1k😡😡😡😡 I will never ever get a contract with them ever again. They are a bunch of ******* and just take😤😤😤 someone needs to be held accountable for my suffering!!! I even gave them my contact number to call me on, but they keep on phoning on a number I did not give them. Now they expect me to call just to end up with a chat bot or another *********** person!!? 😡😡😡 Who gave you the right to debit my account if I followed the correct steps canceling the contract within 14 days as per Stacey @ Vodacom Rewardsco.Com returning it without even being used !!! Morning, I am sick and tired of you harassing my son and me. Two years ago, he settled his credit card debt in 3 payments over three months' time. I have the proof of payments and reference numbers and settlement letters!! Please contact Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated and ask them what they did with the monies paid!!! Before you take on new cases, please get your facts straight!!!
