Uber stole my money.Their driver did not contact me,or try to.I place an order but didn't receive it.They claim he tried to contact me and sent a picture that he left my order on the pavement,how cruel and inhuman.It reflects on their management style of recklessness with customers money.To enter my estate you need a code.How did he enter when he didn't call for one? These ******,this is my 2nd worst experience with them.I was giving Uber another chance,since it's their culture I won't bother giving my money to them anymore.Irresponsible **** business.
I was ****med by this company 4 months ago for R4800.00. They have stopped communicating with me on whatsapp. This is the number: 076 214 9661, whic is on their website as well. They promised to ship the order within 2 weeks,after a month they said they no longer have the items i purchased.I must choose other items, some (evidently ****) Nike and Addidas items. After that they went quite. Today 19/08/2024, I contacted them again, no response.
I had a great CS experience with Khaya Mahlangu and the technical team(forgot the name but he went all out to ensure my service was connected, communicating throughout and even helped to connect my TV to fibre). In all our interactions their service has been very prompt and professional, thank you,don't stop exceeding our expectations.
