I supp**** goods to the Germiston branch, and was promised payment would be made that week. The following week, no payment had been received, but they begged me to supply more items for a funeral that was taking place and promised payment would be sorted asap! This now goes back to the end of March and all I get is excuses! You have ****** from me and I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
I have been with RSAWEB for six months and have just gotten a notification of a 16.5% price increase. Of course, it contains the usual BS that they have tried to absorb as much of the increase as possible themselves. BEWARE! They offer really great pricing....until you sign up. Then, within six months, you are paying more than your previous service provider. I cannot understand how ANY company can justify something like this. Its absolutely obscene!
I bought a printer and a vinyl cutter from AM/Advanced machinery and received hateful service. I posted a review under their other company AM, and am now getting threatened with legal action by April because i posted the story of what they did to me. This is why they have great reviews because they trade under hundreds or different names and threaten people who give bad reviews. She claims I have never done business with them, then suddenly threatens to make all of my call recordings with them public, because I'm 'making up lies" apparently
These guys are absolute magicians. The boot lid on my BMW X1 was violated by an avo from high up in a tree. It left quite a substantial dent in a very awkward place, right against the crease in the panel. They removed it in about an hour, and it's now totally impossible to see where the dent was. They also re-sprayed the bumpers on my mom's car, on site and the results are exceptional.
I moved from Mweb because their service was atrocious. Afrihost promised to be better, so I switched, but they are exactly the same. When I signed up, the welcome email promised a connection in 7 days. After 7 days of Radio silence, I was told it actually takes 7 - 14 days (So their email was a lie) After another 7 days of radio silence, I was now told activation is scheduled for the 6th of Next month. A FULL MONTH SINCE IS SIGNED UP!!! My wife works from home, and an internet connection is not negotiable, so I`m now paying R200 a day for a mobile data modem so she can keep working. Thats R6000 that I am out of pocket becuase of your uselss service. Honestly, you guys are just as bad as mweb. Is there any service left in this country.
There are no words to describe how badly they treat paying loyal customers. (Now an EX customer after 8 years) You quite literally have to BEG for someone to help you. Call centre wait times of 30 to 40 minutes only to be cut off after 2 minutes. Online chats that are never answered, and you even wait 45 minutes to speak to a "customer retention agent" so you can cancel your service. Who have they ever actually retained as a customer after making them wait 45 minutes to speak to an agent?
Utterly diabolical service. Their machines are tough and last fairly well, but the moment you need support, you are in for a world of problems. April (the owner) only cares about taking your money, and they won't even speak to you until you pay up front. Then once you have paid, you will get nothing but hateful service and you WILL get treated like a second-class citizen from beginning to end. Then they will convince you that you either need to buy new software or upgrade your machine. Then once you have done that and the problem hasn't been solved they refuse to give you a refund. They are just not nice people to deal with. There are better local options to buy the same equipment, supported by South Africans.
I ordered a guitar bag online as a gift and it arrived in two days. Exactly as described and at a great price. Their ordering system is great and they send tons of status updates! Overall a great experience all reound.
I contacted this company and spoke to Wesley about an urgent issue that I needed help with. He told me that they could definitely help me and would get me on-boarded right away. Over 24 hours went by and still no word, every time I phone the receptionist tells me "there was an issue with emails" and "you will get the email now", but will not let me speak to Wesley! I was going to move my entire hosting and adwords campaigns to you guys but I am so glad I didn't! You guys are utterly useless!
This company is best avoided. They promise to deliver by a certain time and are all friendly and willing until they have your money. Then you simply will not see them again for many many days. Constant follow ups are continually met with varying excuses and more promises, but ultimately they never arrive. Save yourself a huge amount of frustration and get someone reputable. These guys dont care about your security and will leave you with a broken gate for days on end.
