Harassed and embarrassed by store manager

I have received poor customer service from John Craig at Cosmo Mall as they even called Servest security for the mall.that I'm *****ing from their shop.without evidence. Just because I'm..almost everyday at the mall.and inside their shop. I was accused of being a ***** I'm still traumatized even. The store manager is *********** to.run and handle customers
