I had a serious issue with my premiums and thought I should call the PPS contact center. It was my best experience dealing with a contact center in a long time. The consultant, Mr Siphe Mthiyane, was amazing. He needs to be coned. I am now a happy soul. He provided me with all the available options to resolve my issue. Thank you, sir. I'm happy to see we still have such great human beings in our country.
