The customer service at Willard Battery Xpress Phoenix is awful. I have been to this store multiple times for a warranty issue and keep being told the person who handles warranties is “on leave,” with no clear return date or alternative help offered. This is unacceptable for a business. On my latest visit, the staff member clearly did not know what he was doing. I was given conflicting reasons for why they couldn’t help me—first saying the battery wasn’t bought there, then claiming it was out of warranty, both of which were incorrect. After proving this, I was once again told the warranty person is still on leave. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this branch to anyone
We collected our rental at CPT Int. Airport at night, was told they will not do an inspection of the vehicle because it was late. When we brought back the car, the inspection agent only showed us one "new" scratch that we'd be liable for. Next thing we're charged for so many scratches on sides that we weren't even made aware of. Even those the inspection agent told us were old upon the return inspection. I was charged over R3k for damage I didn't even cause. My family has vowed never to use Sani again, neither our businesses or associates! The issue was queried and handled very poorly! It was not professional at all and definitely not how a business that intends to go on should be dealing with their customers.
