I booked a designated time ride to Wynberg on Tuesday morning, 8-ish, to be collected at 09:30 and to reach my destination by 09:50 for a .medical appointment. I picked up my driver's info and possibly at 09:20. Between 09:20 and 09:40 I messaged 3 times, called his number once (doesn't exist) and could see him on the map. At 09:45 i tried to cancel the trip but no it costs R60 to cancel. I have tried to contact them but you deal with robots (can't be AI, no intelligence there, just multiple choice answers)
