Very poor service
Worst service I have ever received, I tried to purchase a phone online and after failing to get the phone I requested a refund, then they did not refund me the full amount I paid now it's been more that 3 months with no assistance I'm very disappointed because firstly they failed to deliver now my refund is partial 😡😡0 replies

Bad service skynet Vereeniging branch
I am so disappointed with skynet Vereeniging branch, I have been waiting for my parcel since Friday it's been out for delivery and they don't even communicate with me to inform me of what happened, I had to call the customer care myself only to find out their delivery truck was hijacked but they could not even inform me0 replies

Bad service received at Rocomamas Mall of the south
I'm very disappointed with Rocomamas Mall of the south, the food was good but I'm not happy with the service I got, I wanted to pay using a voucher and after making me wait for like an hour to pay I'm then told they are not registered to accept that kind of voucher, while at my bank its one of the registered restaurants we can use the voucher at...so now I had to pay with cash which I was not prepared to pay with, that was such an inconvenience since it was not even my fault that their system is not up to date.0 replies
