After sales service is a nightmare, no sense of responsibility, don’t know how to communicate effectively. I returned a piece of my couch thinking am still within 6 months so they’ll fix it for free, instead the fix and give me the quotation and I refused to pay. Now it’s been 3 months since I’ve been asking them to return my couch. Mahomed is rude he shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Sedgars in Woodmead
