Excellent call centre service
I was very impressed with the Discovery Health call centre consultant today. Lavern Davies assisted me with my dad's query. She was excellent. So patient, efficient and still had time for a laugh or two. She made may elderly dad feel at ease and sorted out our query without any hick-up. She really went the extra mile and made sure that I will always chose Discovery Health as my first choice for a medical aid provider. Thanks so much!1 reply

Service Consultant – Discovery Insure Emergency Services - THE BEST!
I can always rely on Discovery Insure. Today I looked my key in my car and the first people I phoned was Discovery Insure. Vuyo Luke that assisted me was was great! Vuyo phoned me every 30min's to hear if the locksmith has phoned me yet and after I was on the road already phoned again and asked if I was Ok. Thanks so much! You give me peace of mind when I am on the road.1 reply
