Recently I registered with old mutual on there equity stock market platform and I was shocked as to how bad there service is when I call the number that's on the platform no one seems to know about this platform or the product and currently I am chatting with a lady by email but this person is very slow and refuse to give me a call it's almost 3 seeks now I still cannot use this platform I think old mutual staff are *********** and there service is very poor I wish to talk to the old mutual manager he must be to level to sort these issues and if they don't I will publish this shoddy company on the internet and social local and offs****
I recently bought a sim only MTN data contract and the consultant told me that there will be a pro rata debit order of R379 and I reserved that amount in my bank account for that amount and then I notice they did not take the full amount instead they debited my account for R179 and I thought my account was up to date they did not even send me any notification or email to tell me my account was not up to date then the following month they debited R200 Ian's it showed on there side the money was debited but in my account the money did not go off I sis call them regarding this issue and they said it's the banks fault then a lady from MTN called from the collection department to advise that my account was not up to date they then did another transaction and then the money did go of my account but they are so *********** and still sis not tell me that my account was not up to date and then my account got suspended I them called MTN call centre and then the agent explained that MTN is having technical issues that is why my account is not up to date so I explained to her that this is not my fault and why sis they suspend my account also she could day was I am sorry sir I was really upset I told her I don't have that extra money to pay them and can they reinstate my account and they must make arrangements to pay the outstanding amount bit she refused and insisted I must pay the full amount and all this is not my fault and today ok was online trading and lost lots of money because if MTN they don't care about there customers I insisted to speak to the manager and said manager is not available when I persisted she then said the manager will call me in ten minutes but ahe sis not call me uptill now MTN is not a good company to deal with my advise is to stay away from this ************ company
Steers Brickfied road is pathetic I drive all the way there and order cones ice cream and they don't have cones in stock and then when I want to make payment with a card then you have to purchase over R50 I think for a steers franchise it's a pathetic practice then again no steers has these restrictions the Brickfied road branch is the only branch in South Africa and it's sad to say it's Muslim owned I suggest steers franchise managers must deal with this store
