Authorization department does not exist via phone
You simply cannot get hold of authorizations via phone. I have tried now multiple times. After holding 20min, the line just drop. Only way of communications is via email, and they don't understand the authorizations request send to them via email.1 reply

MTN Flex plan issues to cancel
I too a prepaid sim with MTN Flex. Now i can't cancel the recurring payment. I was at the Irene Mall MTN store, they said they can't help me, I must phone 135. I phone 135 and they said they can't help me. SO now I am stuck paying R300 each month and can't stop it. It is *****!0 replies
