The Selldirect Group and Telkom can't be trusted when you order a mobile sim card package (Flexon packages). I've received both a sim card from Telkom and Selldirect where I've only ordered one Sim package. The confusion came in when you call Telkom and order a sim card package, Selldirect must, as per discussion with Telkom, handle this process. But then debit orders will come through both sell direct and Telkom. As per discussion with Selldirect they will send the sim card to me. Today I've received from Telkom and Selldirect the same sim card. So my question is who's doing what because Telkom says Selldirect handles the sim card and Telkom only the package and amounts that needs to be debited from your account. Now I'm sitting with 2 sim cards and 3 debit orders that are active I'm struggling to get resolved. Worst, ************* system. Won't recommend anyone to do this process. Rather do through Mweb or Vodacom or MTN or any reliable sell services.
