Phoned the practice 9 times, trying to secure an appointment. Received a text message indicating that I need to pay R 4000.00 for the consultation which wasn't even booked. This is disappointing after I highlighted the fact of an urgent appointment, one week later and still waiting
Bought a dining room table and chairs on the 30th March 2024. Made a full payment to Cielo for the furniture. Finally delivery took place in August 2024 however the table and one chair was damaged. Notified Cielo immediately, had to send pics and then was requested to send more pics to prove the damage. Eventually the damaged furniture was collected. Once again waited for the replacements. Today 12 September the chair was delivered still no table. This is frustrating as Cielo wanted upfront payment and almost six months later we still don't have a functional dining room. If you can, rather purchase your furniture from stores that have stock as the wait for furniture that has been paid for months In advance and the possibility of having damaged goods delivered and the additional wait time for replacement furniture is extremely frustrating.
