Misleading the customer on the proof of payment or they terms and conditions does not correspond with they rules instore
Had a lay buy with them wanted to cancel but they refused but on the til slip or lay buy slip it says u can cancel than they will deduct a 10% of the value of the laybuy When I got there the manager was rude didn't even have time to listen to my complain even ask can I mbe just change it for something else n he plainly refused without listening to me

App**** with them for a datasim Day after received a sms that the application was declined but today th debited my account and I have not received any sim cards from them

I had app**** for one of the datasim cards and everything was approved but after a day I received a msg saying that my application was declined but today they debited my account and now I can't get hold of them

Clientele royal awards and cancelation of policy
Clientele is a bunch of lairs they took money without sending a debit check And when u cancel they don't want to refund u Will never advise family or friends to take out any of they policies as they tell u u will get benefits but it's all a lie
