Changes to my policy, done in no time with no effort
My order was split in 2 by buffalo logistics, I paid taxes twice on the 2 parcels. My one parcel was done and dusted within 2 weeks; my FIRST parcel is still not cleared/delivered. I have been dealing with this for more than 2 weeks and the people from call center agents to management is totally clueless, not helpful and cannot problem solve at all. I have been disrespected, laughed at, dropped calls on etc. Tebogo was my last communication point, and he was utterly disrespectful, ending up putting the phone down in my ear. He also does not know how emails and their attachments work. Spoke to Kanisile, she is Tebogo's manger, she advised that she would give Tebogo a written warning for his bad behavior. I want proof thereof.
