I have just moved into an apartment block managed by this team. There was maintenance required to be done at the place and, personal items of mine were ******. Upon requesting details of the maintenance team responsible I was told that it was not possible and to send an email detailing my problem. Upon doing so, I am then only offered disputes as to why nothing could have been ****** and for me to provide proof of what was ****** (as if we all document every item stored in our houses). Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company that's meant to be focused on customer service.
