Beyond poor customer service

Absolutely Poor customer service. I placed an order for goods over R2000 had to follow up with emails, whatsapp, phone call all not answered. The 2 times I got a responses was falls information as I waited for my shipment for 2 weeks. When the package arrived I only got 2 items of which the c-shape table was not what I ordered. I contacted Nolan at Perfect deal and he said he would look into it no feedback. I had to contact my bank to do a recharge. Perfect deal claim they shipped my order out but I have proof of what I received. I will never do business with them again. They clearly do not know what customer service is.

Horrible service

Over a month ago, I sent a parcel via Pargo which was incorrectly delivered to my buyer. Since then, I have followed up almost daily and have only been told the issue is being “escalated,” with no resolution. This has now put me in a position where I cannot refund my customer through Yaga, impacting both my small business and my buyer’s experience. I would advise not to use Pargo they have no customer service and no professionalism. I have never experienced such horrible service
