Extremely Disappointed with Textbook Delivery and Communication
I enrolled in a course expecting to receive my textbooks on time, yet they have still not arrived. Classes are continuing as normal, and I’m unable to complete any work without the necessary materials. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to find out why the textbooks haven’t been delivered, but no one can provide a clear answer. This level of disorganisation and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a learning institution.1 reply
