High complaint for FNB .. I want mt account unfrizzed
I opened a new business account. On the 3rd of April 2026 at Fnb briardene and I always use them. 2 days ago I was called by the business desk informing me I did not sign customer agreement. To my surprise. My account was blocked. I cant do any transactions. There's a block. Im self employed expecting payments for my employees today. I dnt have access to my account Whise fault is it. Its a huge inconvenience for me and my company. I would urgently urge that my account be unfreezes as a matter of urgency I cannot wait for 3 days for their own mistake. Thank you in advance for your assistance

Reimbur*****t of my funds back
I transfered funds from my business account to a business call account that is allegedly suspected in ***** in 2024. No one has contacted me. All I want is for funds to be transferred back to my current business account and I'm not assisted. Im told they have escalated matter Why is matter escalated now when I have issue with my funds to be sent back to me Matter has not been escalated from last year Pls help me to get my funds back

These are ****mers. I've been paying every month. Last month I was told I owe 1800. I went to checkers to query. It showed my normal tariff being 680.. I paid. I was reconnected February 1. Was disconnected. Paid normal amount on the 2nd. Was reconnected.. today the 4th February I'm disconnected. I called call centre. Lady couldn't assist me. Telling me I owe. I must collect all proof of payments of all months. Mond you. I use Pick n pay nor Checkers . I used my airtime. I paid bt no services. Please assist Hello Peter. Please

Authorisation failed trice
It's been 3 days seeking authorisation to go to hospital because I'm not well . I'm weak. Being asked by their consultants that aren't GPs is not helping . Why pay monthly if you won't be assisted I must die in bed and not be assisted . How would I know what's wrong if I'm not given what I'm requesting for .. these health insurance companies my be reviewed . Maybe when you are in an accident they take you seriously. Because my daughter was highly assisted when she had an injury. . When you are medically challenged they dnt take you to consideration. .

I wrote to hello Peter last week. Fnb promised to resolve my query. It's causing an inconvenience on my daily running of my business.and the investigation officer does not communicate with me. My account is on hold and no one cares to even assist

Bad service from FNB
I would like to report how disappointed I am with FNB and their ***** department. I I received some funds in my account and a hold was placed on my account. I reported this to the ***** department where I got an agent to assist me and it has been over 2 WEEKS with no feedback and I have been calling ,emailing and trying to contact them with no help and I when went into the branch but I waz still not assist . This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE as I have people that I need to pay and debiordes and my work has been put in hold. I need someone to please contact me and assist me urgently as u have tried with no luck.
