What a belittling service by your staff today between 12am and 12:30am 05/05/2026. I paid for a Banana loaf and they said my money did not go through but I showed them that it was deducted on my side. The *** guy kept on talking to me disrespectfully and made me feel foolish.
Poor and worst service of all time. No communication as to when u will deliver my parcel and u only buzzed me to no answer when I return the call. Stop doing business, and do something else. Am really ****ed
Makro Online stores lacks service and communication. I believe this is the last time I order there. I have no idea about the whereabouts of my online order and it has been a week and counting. Should I cancel my order and get a refund? Improve your sick service
Am extremely upset with your poor service. My wish was to have a different courier company or serious business to deliver my parcel. CCD sent me sms texts saying delivery will be between 8am to 12pm.... I waited till to waste my airtime and call their call center to find out what's going on. Like really? Why kick against the *****s? All CCD had to do was to communicate on time than keeping quiet. RAM courier is by far better. Improve your service or leave the business. Am so hurt and frustrated.
