Guys beware of this ****mers. They contacted me with all info the above comments. As soon as i said Professional ****mers i was immediately blocked.
Bought a brand new fridge from the 4th of March 2024. Upon plugging it in the fridge was working normally, logged it with store who in turn logged with defy. A 3rd party service provider came out to see the fridge on the 7th of march 2024. Couldn't figure out the issue and said it needed to be replaced. 3rd party logged it with defy and they confirmed with me that defy now handles the exchanges directly and will contact me. To date no contact was made from their side. I have been calling since the 7th of March and following up when can I expect the exchange, was advised they will call me with an exact time I'll receive it. Yet again no contact was made. I followed up again with the call centre after phoning 3 times and being left on hols over 8min. I then received a call saying they do not have stock. This is totally unacceptable, as a consumer I bought a brand new appliance and expect to be replaced with same. This has been over 2 weeks now and no progress has been made at all. Guys all I'm asking is please exchange my fridge, are you gonna replace my food going off? Honestly not asking for lot, just whats my due. Please assist urgently!
