contract was to be cancelled in 2017,cancellations department ignored same and was still billing,its been 2018 my bank account is still being debited from Telkom.I now have to start a whole process again to ensure they refund and cancel debit order.Dealing with incompentent people again is a nightmare.Telkom has acknolwedged their 'stuff up' yet again but is not treating same as urgent and priority.I have e-mailed the CEO office as well only to get a courtesy call from a Theo to keep me not complaining yet to date nothing has been done.Telkom is quick to debit your bank account but will take years to refund you for their incompetance.
ON THE 25 MAY 2018 A DEPOSIT WAS PAID TO RESHARD AT AZARIA AIRCONS SITUATED IN VERULAM.HE PROMISED TO FIT THE AIRCON ON THE 26TH MAY 2018 AND TO DATE HAS NOT.HE DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL OR RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES HE IS UNABLE TO FIT THE AIRCON SO PRACTICALLY HE HAS ROBBED ME OF R1000.00.EVENTUALLY I GOT AN ALTERNATIVE NUMBER BELONGING TO AZBAR[I GUESS THE SON]AND REQUESTED HE ADVISE RESHARD TO REFUND MY MONEY WHICH TO DATE HAS NOT.THEN I GET A WATTS APP MESSAGE ALMOST 2WEEKS LATER SAYING HE HAD AM EMERGENCY AND SORRY BUT STILL I AWAIT MY REFUND.I SUGGEST ANYONE WANTING TO INSTALL AIRCONS DO NOT TRUST AZARIA AIRCONDITIONING OR THIS GUY NAMED RESHARD.HE DOES NOT TAKE YOUR CALLS OR EVEN RESPOND TO AY MESSAGES AFTER YOU HAVING GIVEN HIM A DEPOSIT.
3months before the contract could end a written confirmation was sent which was not acknowledge,then went to the Galleria branch and filled out cancellation forms twice and to date same is not acknowledged.I am being billed for 2 contracts and when there is sufficient finds for one contract same is returned charging me unpaid debit order fees.This is going on since October and despite numerous e-mails sent to date no response yet there is a 'read receipt'I am having to more more unpaid debit order charges the the contract itself. This is a 'rip off' from Telkom.If the debit order the is the 31st and same falls on a public holiday or weekend Telkom debits a day before,companies only pay after not before and there again you are being billed for unpaid debit order charges.Im sure Telkom is making more money in unpaid debits than the contract itself.The worst is the customer service never responds to you.
I REPORTED MORE THAN A WEEK AGO THE PATHETIC SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM CELL C.THEN GET AN E-MAIL FROM MOSES MOFEKENG ADVISING HE TRIED MY CELL TO GIVE ME RESPONSE BUT TO NO AVAIL.THIS IS EXCUSE AS A CELL COMPANY ONE SHOULD KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING AS VOICE MAIL.ALSO I LEFT MANY CONTACT NUMBER WITH CELL C.I REPLIED TO MY MAIL LAST WEEK AND TO DATE NO RESPONSE.I SUGGEST ONE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE SERVICES FROM CELL C BEFORE CONSIDERING A CONTRACT.THEIR AFTER SERVICE AND RESPONSE IS APPALLING.
I REPORTED MY HUAWEI G7 CRACKED GLASS ON THE 15TH OCT 2015 AND TO DATE STILL AWAIT RESPONSE.I HAVE ATTACHED HUAWEI 'NOT TO WORRY'ABOUT GLASS AS PER THEIR WEBSITE AND STILL NO RESPONSE.CELL C WANTS TO TAKE IN MY 2 MONTH OLD PHONE AND GIVE ME A RE-FURBISHED PHONE AS PER THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT.ITS INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEIR SUPPLIER.THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE MECHANICAL AND YET I HAVE BEEN GOING FROM ONE PERSON ANOTHER.HOW LONG DOES CELL C TAKE TO REPLY TO A CUSTOMER.DO THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR 'TURN AROUND TIME' TO REVERT TO CUSTOMERS???
I HAVE A SAMSUNG CONTRACT PHONE WHICH CONTRACT EXPIRES END OF JUNE AND I HAVE GIVEN CELL C WRITTEN COMUNICATION 2MONTHS AGO CONTRACT WONT BE RENEWED.AS I STILL HAVE ANOTHER MONTH TO GO CELL C HAS DECIDED ON THEIR OWN ACCORD TO TAKE AWAY MY MONTHLY DATA.I RECEIVED MY 1GIG ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH AND ON THE 2ND 983 MEGS WAS TAKEN AWAY.I CALLLED THE CALL CENTRE AND TO DATE NO ONE CAN JUSTIFY THIS AS I HAVE TILL THE END OF JUNE FOR MY USAGE.THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE SO CONFUSED EVERYONE I SPEAK TO GIVE ME DIFFERENT STORIES.I DO HOPE A PERSON WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING ATTEND TO THIS AND RESOLVE SAME.I REQUIRE MY DATA BACK AND AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS OVER MY NUMBER TO BE PORTED TO A PREPAID LINE.
