Its me again with Hyundai Germiston, For 3 months having my car Venue 2020, I paid the money the wanted me to pay unfortunately it was more with R400. I told them immediately about it after 3 weeks Prelin told me to send documents in order to refund me, I did send it. When I called he ignored my calls or he is unavailable. I spoke to Alvaro the Manager and he promised to follow up with him till today nothing yesterday when i called Alvaro is no longer working there same story like Busani. Sindi who works at service department with Prelin send and email to Dikeledi from finance to call me or check if she received the documents from Prelin. No call no feedback till today. They are holding my money now, which means the ******, unprofessional and pathetic, that dealership its a joke, they even hide each other,
Waltons Woodmead, they are so helpful and efficient. My colleague send a request to head office for a quotation of the company stamps 3 weeks ago, she didn't get the feedback till today. I asked her to give me the details and I send it to Tshepo Mkuchane for assistance on the quotes. Yesterday I received the feedback. Thank you Tshepo and the team, you guys are so helpful and you try your best to keep this company going, keep it up with the good job.

Hyundai Germiston failed me so bad, I purchase the car on September 2025 and the tyres were worn out and the wipers go back to them and it was fixed. In December 2025 got problem with clutch tow the car to my nearest dealership to fix the clutch only to find that the car is still under Hyundai Manufacture Warranty Insurance but it not covering the clutch okay. I was paying the extended warranty Insurance with M Sure,they said the can't help me because this car is still under Hyundai Manufacture Warranty until 2027,my question was why I'm paying now while it's under Manufacture Warranty and they can't help me now? It was pillar to post until the 15 December where by I tow the car again to the dealership in Germiston and it was booked for the 19th December 2025,when I made a follow up on the car it when they sent me a concern form to sign still no communication. On Monday they told me that the car will be booked for on available date probably on Tuesday 29 December 2025. It's when I decided to let them to jeep the car and bring back my deposit till today no one called and I cancell the deal, the stress they put me on I never had it before. I booked for my brother last month at Krugersdorp for PDP License because in Langlaagte and around Soweto there were open slots for bookings. He went to Krugersdorp where his booking was and paid everything for it. They didn't help him because the papers was the one from langlaagte just because he was not booked they refused to help him and they said to him he must pay R100 if he want to be help. How must he supposed to pay while he want this PDP to look for the driving job for it.? To help community is their job but they want BRIBE. Same thing in Krugersdorp they said to him they will call him, they never called and go back there again yesterday same story, they will help you only if you pay them R100, you are unemployed looking for a job they want money from you. My Dstv Router was collected not today after I reported its faulty last month and the premium was deducted. The collection address was wrong. Such a big company in Mzansi I'm so much disappointed with your poor service. Pls cancel my service I'm enough with your stress and poor customer service.
Good day I bought the router from DSTV in February 2024, 3 days not working until I called them on the 4th day and it's when they activated. It works for 2 weeks then stopped working till now. Last week Friday called again to come and fetch it but the agent didn't bother to send the query for collection, I was doing the trouble shoots with numerous agents before, only to find that the address was wrong was for Randburg not Soweto. Two weeks ago Lindokuhle and Tshepo called me to update the address but still nothing worked till today. I called today and spoke to Lerato, and she tried to find out the problem again and lodge for collection. i regret and very disappointed about DSTV such a big company like this with low customer service and in competed. The system is very poor they must do something better with it. Regards unhappy customer
