You have not received bad customer service until you have an encounter with VW Barons, Woodmead. took my car for service, and as usual, they have to provide a lift after dropping off the car and after the service. I received no calls, messages, or updates from the service team regarding any changes to the collection time. I was only contacted at 18:00 that the vehicle was ready for collection late at night while it was heavily raining, which was unsafe and highly inconvenient, especially as I had made other arrangements based on the original expected time, which was 15:00.The lack of proactive communication left me stranded and frustrated, showing a complete disregard for my time and safety. The *********** service advisor by the name of Mpumi and her manager didn't want to take accountability and show any remorse. This experience caused me significant inconvenience and stress. As a customer who expects professional service from an authorised Volkswagen dealership, I am very disappointed
