AYANA Giyani Formal Complaint – ******** Refusal of Refund/Exchange and Poor Customer Service
Bought some furniture on 19 February 2024 at fair price online shopping , they didn't deliver on the promised date, i called them just to follow up since the was no communication , they advised that they do not have stock on some items , i then politely asked for a refund , ⚠ it's been days they don't answer my multiple questions and phone calls, am experiencing a bad service with them.i wish i read the reviews before purchase ,i dnt think they will ever refund me or send me the furniture
