Excellent service from Tiisetso with regards to my claim.
Bought a Russel Hobbs kettle from clicks which is leaking. Clicks refuses to take the iron back without the box.
A large amount was paid into my account and the installments was not adjusted. Truworths continuously calls for an arrears amount. They have such outdated systems that does not allow payments made to be updated immediately but will get calls 3 to 4 times a days to ask you about the supposed arrears amount. It is most frustrating especially being a loyal customer for such a long time.
Awful experience with Makro online. I purchased the miko 3 online on the 3rd December. The item was in stock when I placed the order. I get an email that the item stock will come in around the 19th December so I agreed to continue with the order thereafter I get an email that the item is only going to be delivered after Christmas. The 3rd party contacted me and was apparently having issues with delivery extremely poor and unprofessional service. The miko was promised as a Christmas gift. I am really disappointed with Makro and the level of service.
Excellent service from Precious - Melissa Shoes Mall of Africa. She dealt with my exchange and with no hassles at all. It was such a great, professional and heart felt experience. Thank you Precious ☺️
Worst service at Table Bay Mall sorbet opposite the clicks. Spent almost 2 hours for a soak off and gelish. The gelish was applied thick and uneven. Even though I didn’t pay for the treatment it is still disappointing. Thought I would treat myself for my birthday and now I am stuck with these nail.
Disappointing and poor customer service- haviannas will not sort out an issue with defected product

Excellent service from Maxine le Creuset Hobart - I call le Creuset Nicolway to find out of they had an item in stock they were quick to turn me away and say it was out of stock - when I called le Creuset Hobart Maxine took the time to assist me - checked on her system and managed to find my item in Cape Town, she took my details and called me back to gave me feedback - Excellent service ☺️
Excellent and professional service from Samantha Estée Lauder in fourways mall. Needed to changed an item, I called in a few days earlier to confirm if I could return it - she remembered me and assisted me immediately. No questions asked and no interrogation about where, how and whys. She treated me with respect and care, that made me feel good. It’s great to see that there are still people passionate about what they do in providing great customer service and experience
