Bad service delivery
This people delivered my bank card at the wrong delivery address out of my area, two week later when I made a follow up I am told that I have exhausted my delivery attempts which is not true as they never got back to me. I need my bank Card now. And stop lying to make your job easier as you are affecting our lives for the services we are paying for. ****** lazy people.

Hi have bought a Smart TV online on a Friday the 14th of June and only on the 18th after calling them to follow up on my order, I was told that there is mismatch of my details then o. The 19th I am told the TV is over 100km away and they can deliver. Then I have requested for my refund and till today I haven't received it. I was dealing with thier *********** employee by the name of Phuti Mahloko who refuses to escalate my plea of getting my fund to the relevant department , worse part even thier call center Is equally useless. They literally refuse to refer me to the credit department. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS *********** SHOP WITH THIER *********** STUFF.

Poor service
I am not happy with Rain Service, my 101 router has been giving me issues and I have trying to get in touch with their customer centre with no success. I have logged a call and no one ever get back to me. Now that stupid router doesn’t switch on at all and still logged another call yet no one get back to me. Rain this is my latest reference number 16767832 . Get back to me before I destroy this router that I am paying for but it’s not working . It frustrated my kids and now I am paying extra money to get them data.
