Stay away from Makro Bought a hi-sense fridge on the 4/03/2026 & the fridge was literally not working. Up until today , the fridge has not been collected nor exchanged. I'm still sitting with no fridge yet paid for it. Whenever I make a follow up , m being given a reference number that's it, nothing more. When I call , I'm being sent from pillar to post. Makro says hi-sense needs to sort it out & when u call hi-sense , they send you back to Makro. Nobody cares about the issue even their managers. I will never ever buy anything from them anymore !!!
