Steam Disinfection Cleaner
I placed an order with them 21/11/2025. It was shipped on 02/12/2025 with shipping number UU***CN . I then received another mail on 15/01/2026 to say that the original shipment had been lost and another one was being shipped. I requested a new tracking number - never heard from the, I then received a mail advising me that the parcel had arrived at a pick up point on 23.01.2026. I asked where the pick up point is ,on the same date, and have received no reply. Looking at all the all reviews , I suspect that this is a **** as they have never responded to my mails.
